· Bengaluru2d agoFor Stonehill, you definitely need to live in North Bangalore/Yelahanka. It’s a great school, but the distance is no joke if you stay in Whitefield or HSR.

· Bengaluru2d agoDon't fix the school before the house! I suggest you finalize your locality based on your office location first, otherwise, your child will spend two hours daily just in the bus. Most parents in Indiranagar prefer The Cathedral or New Horizon, so keep that in mind.

· Bengaluru2d agoI suggest you try looking at schools in Whitefield or Sarjapur if you are moving for IT jobs. My son goes to TISB and we are very happy with the curriculum, but the admissions process is quite competitive. Are you looking for IB board or ICSE/CBSE?

· Bengaluru2d agoIf you are considering Stonehill, you should definitely visit the campus first. My daughter studied there for two years and the facilities are top-notch, but the fees are on the higher side. Just keep in mind that Bangalore is huge, so fix your house locality before finalizing the school!

· Bengaluru1d agoHonestly, don't just go by the school name. Check if the school provides their own transport and what their safety protocols are like. We live in Indiranagar and chose a school nearby to avoid the morning school run stress.

· Bengaluru1d agoFor North Bangalore, Stonehill is great, but also check out Vidyashilp or DPS North. Most parents I know prefer proximity over everything else because the Bangalore commute can be very exhausting for young kids. Good luck with the move!

· Bengaluru18h agoWelcome to Bangalore! Choosing a school here is entirely dependent on your commute because traffic can be a nightmare. If you are looking at North Bangalore, Stonehill is excellent but quite expensive, so also consider schools like Canadian International. My daughter studies at legacy and we are very happy with the holistic curriculum there.

· Bengaluru1h agoWelcome to Bangalore! The most important thing here is the traffic. Don't pick a school that is more than 5-7km away from your home, otherwise your child will spend 3 hours a day in the bus. Stonehill is excellent but it is quite far north, so only consider it if you are planning to settle near Yelahanka or North Bangalore.
