· Bengaluru2d agoMy neighbor has her child at Prarthana and says they are very responsive to feedback. They are new, yes, but they seem to be taking parent suggestions seriously, which I think is a good sign for a developing institution.

· Bengaluru1d agoI looked at Prarthana last month during their open house. The campus is beautiful and spacious, but you are right about the management—they seemed a bit disorganized during the tour and couldn't answer some specific questions about their board affiliation timeline. I’d suggest waiting another year to see how they stabilize before committing.

· Bengaluru1d agoBetween the two, I would suggest you try to attend the orientation session at Tapas. My niece studies there and the teachers are very approachable, which makes a huge difference compared to the bigger schools where you can never get a straight answer from the admin office.

· Bengaluru20h agoHi, my daughter is in Grade 3 at Tapas and we’ve been quite happy with the holistic approach there. They focus a lot on project-based learning, which is a nice change from the rote learning in most mainstream schools, but do keep in mind that the homework can be quite unconventional if you prefer a traditional structure.

· Bengaluru12h agoThanks for posting this! I was actually debating between these two as well. Does anyone know how they handle the transport logistics at Tapas? I’m worried about the commute time.

· Bengaluru8h agoHi, my daughter is in Grade 2 at Tapas and we’ve been quite happy with the experiential learning approach. The management is very accessible and they actually listen to parent feedback, which is rare these days. It’s definitely not a traditional textbook-heavy school, so do keep that in mind if you are looking for conventional academics.

· Bengaluru6h agoI visited Prarthana last month and honestly, I felt the same way. The infrastructure is world-class, but the management seems a bit chaotic during the admissions process. I’m waiting for at least one more academic year to pass before I consider shifting my son there.

· Bengaluru3h agoWe considered both but eventually chose neither. Have you checked out the commute? Both schools have very limited transport routes, and being stuck in traffic for two hours isn't great for the child's schedule.
