· Bengaluru2d agoWe actually opted for self-study with some online test series instead. My daughter felt that the classroom coaching was just eating up too much of her travel time. Maybe look into the mock papers from other institutes too, just to get variety in the question bank?

· Bengaluru2d agoBASE is decent, but keep in mind that the classrooms get very crowded during crash courses. My nephew complained that he hardly got any individual attention from the tutors. It is better to focus on the PYQs (previous year questions) at home if your child is self-disciplined.

· Bengaluru2d agoI would suggest you try the test series from Deeksha instead. We found their analysis reports much more detailed than BASE, which really helped my son identify his weak chapters before the actual CET exam. Have you checked their batch timings yet?

· Bengaluru2d agoHi, my son attended the BASE crash course last year and honestly, it’s quite intense. It helped him manage the time pressure for the CET, but he felt it was a bit rushed towards the end. If your child already has a strong base in physics and math, it’s good for revision, but don't expect them to teach everything from scratch.

· Bengaluru1d agoHonestly, for CET, just stick to the NCERT books and the K-CET handbook. No need to overcomplicate with too many coaching centers. My son cleared it comfortably with just self-study and online mock tests.

· Bengaluru1d agoWe are in the same boat! I am also looking for alternatives. Does anyone know if the weekend-only batches for the crash course are worth it? My son has regular school during the week, so I am worried about the burnout.

· Bengaluru17h agoBASE is decent, but please do check if they are providing enough sectional tests. My nephew finished the course recently and said the materials were solid, though the batch size was a bit too large for personal attention. Are you also considering any private tutors for the weaker subjects?

· Bengaluru4h agoHi, my daughter attended the BASE crash course last year. The material is quite rigorous and definitely helps with speed, but honestly, it can be very overwhelming if the child hasn't already covered the basics well. If your child is already strong in fundamentals, go for it, otherwise it might just add extra pressure at the last minute.
