· Bengaluru3d agoWe are looking at apartments in Sector 42. It is close enough to walk to school on nice days and the neighborhood is very family-oriented with lots of other kids from our school living there.

· Bengaluru2d agoAre you looking for gated communities or standalone houses? We preferred a standalone house in the adjacent lane for more space, but the lack of a play area is a bit of a challenge. Let me know if you want the contact for our broker, he handles many properties near the school.

· Bengaluru2d agoHonestly, don’t look too far. Traffic near the main junction gets terrible by 7:30 AM. We stay in the apartments just opposite the school gate and it saves us so much stress in the mornings. It’s worth paying a premium for the location, trust me.

· Bengaluru2d agoI suggest you try looking at the residential blocks near the East Gate. My son is in Grade 4 and we’ve been here for three years—the commute is hardly 10 minutes even on busy days. Just keep in mind that the rent has increased quite a bit recently, so negotiate well!

· Bengaluru2d agoWe are actually considering moving closer too! Following this thread to see what others say. Has anyone looked at the new high-rises near the metro station? We were wondering if the distance would be manageable.

· Bengaluru2d agoHi, we shifted to Green Meadows last year specifically for the school bus connectivity. It is a bit pricey, but the commute is barely 10 minutes, which saves my daughter so much energy after a long day. If you are looking for something more budget-friendly, try the societies near the West Gate, but do check the traffic situation during peak hours first!

· Bengaluru1d agoBe careful with the area near the main highway! I have seen many parents move there for the lower rent, but the noise and the morning school traffic become a nightmare very quickly. We decided to stick to the residential blocks behind the campus; it is much quieter and safer for the children to cycle around in the evenings.

· Bengaluru17h agoHi! We shifted to Green Meadows last year specifically for the school bus route. It’s barely a 15-minute drive, which is a huge blessing given the morning traffic. Do check out the society complexes there; they are very family-friendly and many school kids live in our building.
