· Bengaluru2d agoWe shifted our son to NPS KR Puram last year. Honestly, the infrastructure is excellent, but do keep in mind that getting an admission is quite a task itself. If you get a seat, definitely take it, as the peer group is very competitive and pushy, which helps in the long run.

· Bengaluru2d agoHi, my daughter is in Grade 4 there. Academically it is very strong, but be prepared for a heavy workload from the start. They focus a lot on discipline and rote learning, which works for some kids but might be stressful for others. The facilities are indeed top-notch, though.

· Bengaluru1d agoHas anyone tried to get a transport query addressed there? I’m also considering the school for next year, but the commute is my main worry since we stay in Whitefield.

· Bengaluru1d agoMy daughter is in Grade 4 at NPS KR Puram and honestly, the academics are quite rigorous. If you are looking for a school that keeps the child busy with homework and projects, this is the right place, but don't expect a very relaxed environment. The campus is huge, which is a major plus for sports, but do check the bus routes first as that can be a headache.

· Bengaluru1d agoHas anyone seen their recent annual day functions? I am considering them for my daughter but want to know if they give enough importance to extracurriculars alongside the heavy studies.

· Bengaluru1d agoIt’s a solid school. My elder one is there, and I’ve seen consistent academic growth. Just be prepared for the crowd, as the intake is quite high and it can get competitive.

· Bengaluru15h agoWe moved our son there last year. The facilities are indeed top-notch, but teachers can be a bit strict with the syllabus completion. It’s a very ‘traditional’ NPS approach, so if your child needs a lot of hand-holding, you might need to provide extra support at home.

· Bengaluru10h agoI suggest you try to visit during working hours if possible to see how the teachers interact with the kids. We liked the infrastructure, but the communication from the school admin side is sometimes a bit delayed, so keep that in mind.
