Which curriculum is actually the best?

It's so confusing how every school here seems to follow a different curriculum. From what I've seen, Legacy definitely stands out as the best option among the lot. What does everyone else think?

Don't get too stressed by the curriculum tag. At the end of the day, a good school is about the teachers and how much individual attention they give. Have you taken a school tour yet?

We actually pulled our kids out of Legacy last year because the fee hike was becoming unreasonable and the academic pressure was quite high. We moved to a school following ICSE and honestly, the foundation is much stronger there. Do your research on the current faculty turnover before you sign any checks.

Don't just go by the curriculum name, check the commute distance too! We shifted our son to a school closer to home and it made such a massive difference in his overall happiness and extra-curricular participation.

I would suggest you try looking at the CBSE options too. International boards are great for exposure, but the transition can be tough if you ever have to move cities due to work. Is there a specific reason you are leaning towards Legacy?

I have seen many parents jumping onto the Legacy bandwagon, but please check the teacher-student ratio before finalizing. My son was there for two years and while the facilities are top-notch, the individual attention was lacking once the classes got crowded.

My son is at Legacy and we are quite happy with the curriculum so far. The project-based learning really helps them understand concepts better than just rote learning. It really depends on your child's learning style, honestly.

Honestly, 'best' is very subjective depending on your child's learning style. My daughter is in CBSE and while it is rigorous, it builds a solid foundation for competitive exams later, whereas I’ve seen IB schools focus more on holistic development. Are you looking for a stress-free environment or something more structured for your child?

Honestly, Legacy is good for overall personality, but check if the focus on academics is enough for your child. My daughter is in Grade 4 there and while she is very confident, I sometimes feel she needs extra coaching for competitive exams. If you have plans for engineering or medical later, please keep that in mind before finalizing.
