Hi everyone, I am currently on the lookout for a good school for my child. Has anyone here found a school they are happy with or finished the admission process recently? Would love to get some leads or feedback if you have any suggestions. Thanks!

Check out the private schools in your area, but don't just go by the building infrastructure. I personally visited three schools and spoke to some senior parents before finalizing. Don't fall for the fancy marketing; look at how the teachers interact with the students during the open house.

Hi, welcome to the group! We recently went through the process for my daughter and finally finalized DPS. The admission rush is crazy this year, so I suggest you try submitting the online forms early to avoid the last-minute server crashes. Which area are you looking in? If you give your location, we can give better suggestions.

My son is studying at Ryan International and honestly, it’s a decent option if you want a mix of academics and sports. Their admission process is quite transparent compared to the others. Just check if they have started the portal for the new academic session yet.

We are very happy with Heritage school. The curriculum is quite balanced and they don't burden the kids with too much homework, which is a big relief. Just be prepared for the interaction round; they mostly ask the child to identify basic colors and shapes, so don't stress too much!

Don't ignore the lesser-known schools nearby! I found a great community-based school for my nephew that has a much better student-teacher ratio than the big brand-name chains.

We recently finished the admission process for my son at Heritage. It was quite a stressful experience with the interaction rounds, but the school's focus on extracurriculars makes it worth it. Feel free to DM me if you need any tips on how to prepare your kid for those school interviews.

I suggest you try looking into the schools in your immediate locality first. Travelling in peak traffic takes a huge toll on the child's energy, so convenience should be your priority. We opted for a school just 15 minutes away and it has been the best decision for us.

Hi, my daughter is in DPS Vasant Kunj and we have been quite happy with the academic rigour there. The admission process is very competitive though, so make sure you keep your documents ready as soon as the portal opens in December. Do you have a preference for CBSE or ICSE boards?
