Hi everyone, my daughter has been studying at Euroschool North Campus for the past two years. I'm quite happy with the balance they maintain between academics and extracurriculars. I wanted to reach out to other parents here to hear your thoughts and experiences with the school as the children move into higher grades. Are you satisfied with the progress so far?

My daughter is in Grade 6 there and honestly, the academics start getting quite intense from this year onwards. The balance you liked in the primary years shifts a bit toward syllabus completion, so just be prepared for more project work. Are you feeling the pressure yet?

Thanks for starting this thread. My kid just entered the middle school wing and I’m a bit worried about the homework load increasing. Do you find the teachers helpful when you reach out via the parent portal?

I have seen that the teachers are very approachable for extra help if the child is struggling with specific concepts. My son is in Grade 5 and we haven't faced any major issues so far, though I do feel the communication from the admin could be a bit more proactive.

For us, the school has been good, but honestly, we had to enroll our son in additional math tuitions from Grade 7 onwards. The school is great for all-round development, but sometimes the concept clarity needs that extra bit of support from home.

Glad to hear you are happy! We moved my daughter out after Grade 4 because we felt the extracurriculars were becoming a bit repetitive. It really depends on what your child’s interests are, but for us, we wanted more specialized coaching.
