Query about EuroSchool Whitefield's Balanced Schooling approach

Hi everyone, I’ve seen EuroSchool Whitefield mention their 'Balanced Schooling' approach with the CBSE curriculum. Could any parents currently with the school share their experience? I’m interested in understanding how they actually balance academics with extracurriculars and if it truly works well for the students. Any feedback would be much appreciated!

Hi, my daughter is in Grade 4 there. Honestly, the 'Balanced Schooling' is mostly marketing-speak, but they do have decent sports facilities compared to other CBSE schools in Whitefield. Just make sure you check the distance from your home; the bus timings can be quite erratic in the evenings.

It's okay for primary, but as they reach middle school, the academics take over completely. Don't expect much 'balance' in Grade 8 and above. Suggest you try and talk to some parents of older kids before finalizing.

We moved our son to EuroSchool last year for this exact reason. I have seen a genuine improvement in his interest in football because they have mandatory sports hours during the week. It’s not perfect, but it’s definitely less pressure than the old-school rote learning boards.

My elder one finished Grade 10 there. The balance works if your child is proactive. If the kid is shy, the teachers might not push them enough to participate in the non-academic activities, so you have to be involved and push them yourself.

Does anyone know if they are still maintaining the same student-teacher ratio? I’m worried about the class strength becoming too large for the extracurriculars to actually be effective.
