· Bengaluru2d agoWe just moved our kid to Freedom this year too. So far, the transition has been smooth, but I personally feel the canteen options could be a bit healthier. Have you checked if they allow home-cooked lunch boxes for Grade 1?

· Bengaluru1d agoHi there! My niece studies there. The school is excellent with communication, but the commute can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours. If you are staying far away, I suggest you plan your pickup and drop-off times with a 20-minute buffer.

· Bengaluru20h agoI have my son in the same grade. The teachers are very approachable, which is a big relief. Just make sure you join the parent WhatsApp group early on, as that is where most of the last-minute updates and project details get shared by the class representatives.

· Bengaluru9h agoHi, welcome to the school! My daughter is currently in Grade 2 there. Honestly, the curriculum is quite balanced, but do keep an eye on the heavy project work in the second term. My suggestion is to start helping them build a schedule for their extracurriculars early on, as the school puts a lot of emphasis on holistic development.

· Bengaluru8h agoGreat choice! Freedom is known for its academic rigour. My tip would be to not stress too much about the initial assessments; just let your child settle into the routine first. It takes a few weeks, but they start loving the campus life soon enough.
