· Bengaluru1d agoJust a quick tip: carry his favorite blanket or a small toy during the first week of drop-offs, it worked wonders for us. There are some very good Montessori setups in the area that focus on independent play, which I think is great for that age group. Best of luck with the move!

· Bengaluru21h agoWelcome to the neighborhood! We moved to Malleshwaram last year and our son settled into Head Start quite comfortably. The transition will be smooth if you keep his routine consistent for the first few weeks, but do keep in mind that the traffic during school hours can be quite heavy here, so look for something within walking distance if possible.

· Bengaluru17h agoMy son is 4 and we had a bit of a struggle for the first month when we shifted. Don't worry too much though, kids adapt faster than us parents! We found that signing him up for a weekend swimming class helped him make friends outside of school too.

· Bengaluru12h agoHi, I suggest you try some of the playgroups near 15th cross first to get him socialized before starting formal school. My daughter attends a small center there and the teachers are very patient with new kids. Are you looking for a full-day program or just half-day?

· Bengaluru3h agoMalleshwaram is a lovely place for kids! There are so many parks like the Sankey Tank area where you can take him in the evenings; it really helps them adjust to a new place when they have familiar outdoor spots to play in. For preschools, check out the options near Margosa Road, they are quite established.
