Hi everyone, I am currently choosing between Narayana PU in Sahakar Nagar and Presidency PU in Kempapura for my child. Could anyone please share their experiences or insights regarding the academics, faculty, and overall environment at these two branches? Any advice would be really helpful for us to make a final decision.

My daughter is in Presidency Kempapura and honestly, the campus life is much better compared to the coaching-factory vibe of Narayana. They actually focus on extra-curriculars and holistic development, not just endless testing. It depends on whether you want your child to be a rank-machine or have a balanced student life.

Narayana is only if you want pure competitive exam prep. Otherwise, avoid it.

Don't just look at the brand, go and meet the subject teachers personally if possible. I have seen that at these big branches, the quality of teaching depends entirely on which batch your child gets into. Have you taken a campus tour yet?

We opted for Presidency because the teachers are more approachable and the environment isn't as suffocating as the big coaching chains. My son is currently in his second year there and he's quite happy with the mentorship he gets.

If you are targeting JEE or NEET coaching, Narayana Sahakar Nagar is definitely more rigorous. They have a very strict schedule and cover the syllabus way ahead, but expect zero personal attention from the faculty. It's very high pressure, so please check if your son can handle that pace.
