I actually think the school website has a 'Circulars' tab that gets updated quite regularly. I suggest you try checking that first, as I remember finding the winter break notification there just last month when I couldn't find the physical note.

Check the school app, Mrs. Sharma. They have stopped sending physical copies for almost everything now, which is honestly so much better for the environment. If you’re still not seeing it, maybe send a quick email to the class teacher, she usually replies within the hour.
